This organization is a volunteer and parent run organization.  It takes a tremendous amount of effort to run this organization in an efficient and successful manner.  Everybody has different talents and gifts.  We encourage all parents to use those talents and gifts and get involved and help out in any way that they can.  There are several areas of service.  Please contact one of our organization officers (under Contacts) and find out how you can help.  Listed below are specific areas that need to be filled.  For more information on a particular area, please contact our Third Year Commissioner

Monthly Meetings

 The organization holds meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 8:00 PM.  The meetings are held at the Chippewa Township Municipal Building. We encourage parents to attend this meeting.

Concession Stand  

We need a volunteer to coordinate the concession stands for our home games.  Please sign up at the concession stand during the practices if you would like to help with the game concession stands.  They will need volunteers to cover four games for each home stand.

Chain Gangs

For each home game, we will need three (3) parents to volunteer to run the down marker and first down chains.  No experience necessary.  We will have a signup sheet at the practices.  Some say these are the best seats in the house.

Announcer, Spotter and  Score Keeper

For each home game, we will need three (3) volunteers to work in the press box during the games.  We will need an announcer with a spotter to call the games and a person to run the clock and score board.  We can have training sessions of how to run the clock and scoreboard, if you are interested.  Please contact the Third Year Commissioner.

50/50

We have four home games this year that we will be selling 50-50 tickets to help raise money for the organization.  We need someone to coordinate this effort to ensure that we have volunteers to sell the tickets at each game.  If you are interested in coordinating this effort or would like to help sell tickets at the games, please sign up at the practice field concession stand.

Banquet Help

We need someone to organize the Chinese Auction.  In addition, we need donations for the Auction, baskets, and empty coffee cans. Setup for the banquet.
